In 2004, he successfully developed a new generation of plasma equipment under the guidance of Mr. Xu Renzhan (researcher of 703 Aerospace Research Institute), which filled the blank of plasma spraying in China, and its performance was equivalent to that of SULZER METCO 9M equipment of the same model.
In 2005, the supersonic spraying equipment was successfully developed, and the gas flow control performance was better than SULZER METCO DJ2700.
In 2006, the control cabinet of plasma spraying equipment was improved, the first generation touch control terminal was developed, and the digital control of spraying related parameters was realized, which solved the phenomenon of large or small plasma flame flow and high or low voltage caused by unstable gas pressure and flow, thus stabilizing the output power, integrating operation, setting, help, display, and fault alarm monitoring. It was more convenient to use and simpler and more intuitive to operate.
In 2007, he founded Shanghai Xiuma Spray Machinery Co., Ltd. as the general manager, mainly engaged in product technology development and company management.
In 2008, a high-performance supersonic spraying equipment for aviation kerosene was developed.
In 2009, F4 high-power plasma spray gun was successfully developed, and at the same time, the second generation touch control terminal of plasma spraying equipment was successfully developed, which simplified the panel design, controlled the relevant technical parameters more accurately, and greatly improved the overall performance of the complete set of equipment, and could monitor the spraying site in real time at the same time.
In 2010, a high-performance supersonic jet spraying equipment for aviation kerosene controlled by touch screen was developed, and the ignition procedure was optimized. Through the intelligent control of the program, the problems such as easy shooting and even tempering in the ignition process were successfully solved, the safety factor was improved and the operation was simplified. It is a domestic manufacturer of supersonic jet spraying equipment for aviation kerosene controlled by touch screen, and its coating performance has reached JP-8000 level. At present, it is widely used for surface treatment of paper machinery, petroleum machinery, related machinery in steel mills and boilers in power plants. At the same time, this product has been used for many years.
In 2011, XM-80SK plasma spraying equipment, the main product of the company, was further upgraded, and the accuracy of current and voltage control reached the leading level in the industry. At present, it has been successfully used for ceramic powder spraying in many universities, domestic research institutes and industries of corrosion resistance, wear resistance and target materials.
In 2014, the company developed a supersonic plasma spraying system.
In 2017, the company developed a new XM-1200SK powder feeder, which can deliver finer powder with less relative fluidity.
In October 2018, we purchased a factory in Changshu, Suzhou, moved the production workshop to Changshu, Suzhou, and established Suzhou Xiuma Thermal Spraying Equipment Co., Ltd. Suzhou Xiuma Thermal Spraying Equipment Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Xiuma Spraying Machinery Co., Ltd. are the same company and legal person.
